What You'll Do
As our Graphic Designer, you'll be the visual heartbeat of ATOG, leading our storytelling across digital, physical, and experimental channels. From creating scroll-stopping reels to designing packaging that's too good to throw away, you'll play a crucial role in making ATOG the most recognizable and irresistible intimacy brand out there.
Here's a glimpse of what your days will look like:
- Website & D2C: You'll design captivating web banners, landing page elements, and email creatives. You'll also work closely with our founder and UX partners to ensure a consistent and delightful brand experience across all platforms – mobile, desktop, social media, and beyond.
- Social Media Wizardry: Get ready to create bold, clever, and high-performing graphics for Instagram and Pinterest. You'll transform user-generated content, reviews, and insights into thumb-stopping visuals, experimenting with meme formats, reels, and ongoing visual series.
- Packaging & E-commerce: You'll help us iterate on packaging and inner elements, making every unboxing an experience. You'll design packaging that truly stands out and develop engaging Amazon A+ content modules and infographics, always ensuring the ATOG brand shines through.
- Bonus Fun Stuff: You'll get to join product shoots and campaign experiments, test visual formats live across all our channels, and collaborate with our growth and operations teams on exciting campaign launches.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone with a strong visual flair and a passion for our mission:
- 1-3 years of graphic design experience, ideally in lifestyle, D2C, or FMCG brands.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop are a must!).
- Bonus points if you have experience with motion/animation tools (like After Effects) or familiarity with Figma.
- If you can leverage AI tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, or ChatGPT) to generate, iterate, or enhance visuals, that's a huge plus!
- A keen eye for layout, typography, and mobile-first design.
- Comfort working with themes of intimacy, pleasure, and sexuality is essential.
- You have a KPI mindset, meaning your success is measured by what our audience loves – think likes, shares, saves, and real engagement!
